A 2 phase project to convert an original 600 SF cottage over a double garage into a family home.The garage was converted into two bedrooms and a bathroom.

A new entrance was created complete with new access stairs and a large three level addition added. This comprised of a living room on the main floor with storage beneath and a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom above. Both the living room and master bedroom were orientated to a spectacular ocean view.
