The house is cut into the side of a hill with fine ocean views to the West. The house is linked to a carport by means of a glazed bridge.

The lower floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. The main floor has an open layout consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room. There is also a laundry and toilet on the main floor.The upper level of the house accommodates the master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom.

There is a large loft above the carport which serves as an office and guest accommodation.
